NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Coopersburg (Lehigh County) will meet in Borough Hall, 5 North Main Street, Coopersburg on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of hearing the following appeal:
Main Street Financial Partners, LLC requests a Variance to 3 sections of the Coopersburg Zoning Ordinance: 230-53, 230-44, 230-54.B to allow a digital wall sign on the southern wall of the main building that exceeds the size, brightness, and message timing at 232 (230) E Landis Street, Coopersburg.
The property is in the Neighborhood Commercial (CN) Zoning District. The sign exceeds the maximum size allowance according to Section 230-53 (dimensions based on the wall linear footage). The wall sign violates section 230.44 for control of light and glare. The message timing must comply with section 230.54.B.
The appellant’s application and other pertinent information are on file in the Borough office for public review. All people interested, in favor, or those desiring to protest the action sought, may appear and be heard at the public hearing. The appellant must appear at the hearing.
The Coopersburg Community Yard Sale is scheduled for the LAST SATURDAY of JULY.

The Coopersburg Municipal Authority normally meets the first Monday of February, May, August, & November at 7:00 PM at Borough Hall, unless a there is a holiday conflict. The Authority deals with any concerns regarding the borough water supply, and the meetings are open to the public.
Council Committee Workshop: This meeting is an opportunity for residents to attend and offer input on current concerns regarding the Borough. All three advisory committees (Infrastructure, Public Safety/Governmental Relations, and Administration & finance) meet on the first TUESDAY of every month unless on there is a holiday or otherwise advertised.
